The Cheese Cave is an artisan cheese and specialty food shop located at 14 Monmouth Street, Red Bank, NJ. The owner/operator, Stephen Catania, has 25 years experience in the hospitality industry. Stephen has worked at every level, from line cook to Executive Chef, Restaurant General Manager to Hotel Manager, and finally as a Corporate Director of Operations. Stephen brings the wisdom of these experiences, passion for food and drink and a philosophy of service excellence to a new and exciting boutique retail shop for the Greater Red Bank Community.
