🧀 Bucherondin – An easy crowd pleaser, this goat cheese has a dense cheesecake-like center with silky creaminess just under the rind for double the texture and pleasure. Bright, lemony flavor and a full creamy finish.
🧀 Manchego – most important and well-known sheep’s milk cheese from Spain, aged 4 months for a fuller, richer flavor
🧀 Red Fox Cheddar – A British classic with an intense and complex blend of sweet, savory and distinctively nutty flavors coupled with a cunningly unexpected crunch in the texture.
🧀 Le Gruyere AOP Surchoix – Aged 12 months with many layers of dried fruit, toasted nut and vanilla cream. Texture is firm with pleasing tyrosine crystals and smooth finish.
🧀 Piave – Comparable to the king of Italian Cheese, Parmigiana Reggiano, Piave is deliciously nutty, pasteurized cow’s milk cheese from the Veneto in northern Italy.
