Our proverbial “Big Cheese”, Steve is a veteran hospitality executive with classical culinary training and more than 20 years progressive experience in the hospitality industry. More recently, Steve achieved the rank of “Certified Cheese Professional“, an elite group of individuals who have passed the American Cheese Society’s rigorous Cheese Professional Exam.
Beyond that, Steve’s just an infectiously joyous guy with an honest desire to promote the World’s Most Perfect Food to his friends and neighbors in Red Bank and Beyond. Steve personally teaches a variety of in-shop and private Cheese & Wine Classes to further this goal.
